What on Earth is The Rat Run?
Right then, gather 'round! Three absolute legends — Dan, Martin, and Adam — have completely lost the plot and signed up for The Rat Run!
The concept is beautifully bonkers: buy a car for no more than £600, rat it up, and then drive it from Stafford, via Cleethorpes all the way to Benidorm, Spain. That's over 1,400 miles of pure chaos, questionable navigation, and very likely a breakdown or two.
We're Team #40 out of over 200 teams, and we're doing it all to raise money for Boycie's Bridge, a brilliant local dog rescue that gives abandoned and neglected dogs a second chance at life.
Setting off 7th September and arriving in sunny Benidorm on the 11th September. Five days. Three countries. One very dodgy car. What could possibly go wrong?
Boycie's Bridge Dog Rescue
Boycie’s Bridge dog rescue is a very small local rescue based in Stafford. They take in a small number of homeless dogs from the area and find them new homes. Every single penny raised from Rat Run Team #40 will go straight to helping abandoned and neglected dogs find their forever homes. These furry legends deserve the world, and together we can give them a fighting chance!
